Costs and working with us

When you first contact us, one of our solicitors will discuss your situation with you by email or telephone to explore how we can help you.  The next step is to arrange a meeting. This can be face to face, or by Skype or telephone, and we normally charge a fixed fee.

We offer a flexible range of services, including:

• Legal advice
• Representation in court proceedings (and support if you are representing yourselves)
• Mediation
  
• Preparation of bespoke documents (including wills and pre-conception agreements) and template documents you can purchase from us
• Immigration and nationality applications for children born through assisted reproduction

We always discuss our fees in advance. Where possible, our work is charged on a fixed-fee basis. Where we charge on a time basis we manage costs transparently, with clear estimates, regular monthly billing and support with budgeting. Our hourly rates are competitive and range from £150 to £375 plus VAT.
