Senior family solicitor (7+ PQE) and mediator - London office, full time

We are looking for a dynamic solicitor-mediator for an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our caseload of private family law work representing same-sex parents and other modern families.  You will have a strong track record in finance, divorce and private children with at least 7 years PQE experience and be a qualified mediator committed to finding positive solutions for a diverse range of families. 

At a personal level, you will be an energetic team player who is keen to market and innovate with the support of an enthusiastic team leading the way in modern family law. 

The role is full time and based at our offices in London Bridge.

Brilliant Beginnings client manager (London office, full time)

We are looking for a full time Client Manager to work as part of the Brilliant Beginnings team in our London office. The role is to work as part of the team to support our intended parents and surrogates in their UK and US surrogacy journeys. You will steer surrogates through screening and preparation, and provide emotional support to them and their families. You will also help manage intended parents' applications and matching, and support them through the surrogacy process alongside the other team members at BB.

You must have excellent people skills with an ability to empathise and maintain professionalism in providing a high quality client service. You should be well organised and have a proven enthusiasm for helping families or dealing with fertility issues, with an open-minded attitude to all types of families.

This role would suit someone with domestic or international surrogacy experience, perhaps as a registered nurse (and we would make sure you can maintain your registration) or other relevant professional qualification.

The role is full time and based at our offices in London Bridge.
